  • Yes, a deposit is required to officially reserve your date. The deposit amount will be shared during the booking process and goes toward your total balance. This ensures your event date is secured and allows us to begin preparing for your experience.

  • Absolutely! We love making each event feel personal and special. Whether you have a specific theme, color palette, dietary preferences, or a vision in mind, we'll do our best to tailor our offerings to fit your needs. Just let us know what you're envisioning and we'll make it work.

  • We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like holidays. For larger events or weddings, booking 2 to 3 months ahead is ideal. That said, feel free to reach out even for last minute requests and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

  • Our service includes everything you need for a seamless and beautiful experience. This covers the full setup and breakdown of the cart, all food and display items, and our team's professional service throughout your event and travel fees to your location.
